Requirements / 使用条件
- An iPhone or iPad running a supported iOS or iPadOS version.
- A computer or designated host running Sunshine or CyberPalm Base.
- For initial pairing, place the Apple device and host on the same local network, then enter the PIN shown by CyberPalm on the host.
Before contacting support / 联系支持前
- Confirm that the host and Apple device are on the same network.
- Confirm that Local Network permission is enabled for CyberPalm.
- Check that the host software is running and accepts pairing.
- Include the CyberPalm version/build, Apple device model, OS version, host software/version, and the exact error message in your email.
Privacy / 隐私
CyberPalm does not automatically upload diagnostics. Only send logs or screenshots that you are comfortable sharing. Read the CyberPalm Privacy Policy.
